• Other information you choose to add to your Agency Card

Some of this information is specifically provided for public display.

Payment Information

If you purchase a paid Agency Card plan, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Agency Card may receive information about your transaction, subscription, payment status, billing history, and limited payment-method information. We do not necessarily receive or store your complete credit or debit card number.

Usage and Analytics Information

When someone visits myagencycard.com or an Agency Card page, we may automatically collect information such as:

• Pages viewed
• Links or buttons clicked
• Date and time of visits
• Referring pages or websites
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• IP address
• Approximate geographic information derived from an IP address
• Other technical information associated with the visit

We may use this information to operate the Service and provide analytics to Agency Card users. For example, an Agency Card user may be able to see how many people viewed their card or clicked a particular link. We do not intend these analytics to identify individual visitors unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

You should not add sensitive or confidential information to your public Agency Card.

Removing information from Agency Card does not necessarily remove copies previously stored, indexed, archived, or shared by third parties.

Agency Card may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, maintain security, understand Service usage, and provide analytics.

Some third-party service providers used by Agency Card may also use these technologies as part of providing their services.

Agency Cards can contain links to third-party websites and services.

When you click one of these links, you leave Agency Card and interact directly with that third party.

That third party's privacy policy and practices govern information you provide to them. Agency Card is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services linked from an Agency Card.

7. Insurance Information

Agency Card may allow users to link to third-party insurance quoting, policy intake, data collection, scheduling, or related services.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Agency Card does not itself collect the insurance application, policy, coverage, claims, or underwriting information you submit after following a link to one of these third-party services.

Information submitted to those services is governed by the applicable third party's privacy practices.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups after it has been removed from active systems.

You may remove information from your public Agency Card or stop publishing your card, subject to the functionality available through your account.

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting us.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.

11. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide additional rights concerning your personal information.

These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

We will respond to valid privacy requests as required by applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

12. Children's Privacy

Agency Card is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. United States Operations

Agency Card is operated from the United States.

If you access the Service from another country, your information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
